Cacao Bean Notes:
These cacao beans came to me from Cacao de Colombia (Cacao Hunters) via Uncommon Cacao. Tumaco, an area on the southern Pacific coast of Colombia just above Ecuador. This region's rain forest and natural heritage of unaltered cacao make it quite precious. The beans are recognized as Fine Flavor.
Each chocolate bar is sealed in signature kraft paper packaging and hand signed by Chef Johnny
Each bar is approximately 5" long, 2.25” wide
Store chocolate in a cool, dry place between 60-70 degrees
