We ship nationwide in the USA. Rates are determined by preferred shipping method, order destination, and order size/weight. To ensure your chocolate arrives in its best condition in warm weather, we ship it to you using advanced sustainable thermal packaging technology and ice packs. We recommend that you always choose the quickest shipping method and are available to receive your delivery when it arrives. Delivery times can’t be guaranteed and we do not accept responsibility for any carrier errors or delays.
All products are received by the carrier from us are in excellent condition. While damage is unlikely, please check all packages for any potential damage during transit. If you believe that your order is damaged, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of its receipt. Please include your order number, name of the product(s), and details of the damage along with a picture if possible. We will review and let you know if any damage described is eligible for a refund or return. Product(s) left unattended after delivery in sub-optimal conditions as well as any personalized product(s), including signed cookbooks, are not eligible for return or replacement.
