These caramels are cooked in small batches using our own 100% pure cacao chocolate with blended origins as well as salted butter and natural Fleur de Sel de Guérande "flower of salt" from Brittany. The caramels are definitely chocolaty with a soft, rich and slightly chewy texture without being too sweet. Each caramel is Individually wrapped by hand and presented in our signature kraft packaging with our wax seal. Caramels should be stored in an airtight container at 65º-70ºF and enjoyed for 3 weeks or refrigerated for up to 6 weeks.
